It seems we say this after every Institute, but this one was better than the one before! It may be thyat this one just happens to be the latest and is the freshest on my memory. The participants were excellent and presentations top notch. This session's hot topics were voice radio upgrades in response to the upcoming FCC requirement for narrow-banding, information technology management, mini-personal audio/video recorders and their impact on policy and practice.
